Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SeafaringAI websites and services operated by XIAOGUANG XU (“Provider”, “we”, “us”) in Thailand. By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

SeafaringAI provides AI-assisted market intelligence, growth strategy, content/growth systems, and cross-border execution services, and may also offer digital products or tools described on the site. Exact scope, deliverables, price, and timeline are confirmed in the order page, proposal, or written agreement for each purchase.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your email or account.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout or in a quote. Payment is processed by Stripe or another processor we name. Orders are confirmed when payment succeeds (or when we accept a quoted engagement in writing).

Delivery

• Consulting / custom work: delivered by email, call, document, or dashboard access as agreed.
• Digital products / tools: access or files are provided after payment, subject to any stated setup time.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital products / instant-access tools: generally non-refundable once access, download, or license has been delivered, except where required by law or if the product is materially defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

Consulting / custom services:

• Cancel before work starts → full refund of unused prepaid fees (minus non-recoverable payment fees if any).
• After work has started → refund is pro-rated for unfinished work only; completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If we cancel or cannot deliver as agreed → we refund unused prepaid amounts.

Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in suspension of access while we investigate.

To request a refund, email contact@seafaringai.com with your order details within 14 days of purchase (or longer if local law requires).

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or services (fraud, illegal activity, IP infringement, resale of deliverables beyond the license we grant, or attempts to disrupt systems).

Intellectual property

Site content and our deliverables remain our IP unless we assign them in writing. You receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes as stated in the order. You keep ownership of materials you provide to us.

Disclaimers

Services and site content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, rankings, approvals, etc.). To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data, goodwill), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future purchases. Existing paid engagements follow the Terms in effect when you paid, unless we both agree otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
